I didn't actually make this paper, it is part of the binding paper of a book. When I was a high school kid, we did something like this where you put thick paint in a layer and roll a marble through it, then lay the paper across it. There are probably other ways to make it too-- maybe there are some tutorials out there. Sorry I can't be of more help!
